Automotive Service Porter / Car Wash Attendant

We are looking for a conscientious service porter / car wash attendant to join our team

Our ideal candidate is physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment and has great attention to detail.

Ultimately, the Car Porter’s job is to assist in many tasks to help other dealership employees provide great customer service .

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry service vehicles before delivered back to customer
• Transport vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dealership, service drive , service bays, and exterior grounds
• Run errands , customer rides , getting gas in vehicle , assisting other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience as a Car Porter or similar role is preferred
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Work Environment: Dealership setting with lots of physical activities and outdoor work. Some Saturdays or evening shifts may be required.
