Customer Service Representative – Diehl Collision of Bellevue

Diehl Collision of Bellevue is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing collision center team. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will often be the first point of contact for customers following an accident or vehicle damage. You'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by answering questions, coordinating appointments, assisting with paperwork, and keeping customers informed throughout the collision repair process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and provide professional, friendly service

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Schedule collision repair estimates, appointments, and vehicle drop-offs

• Assist customers with basic questions regarding the collision repair process

• Communicate with collision estimators, technicians, insurance companies, and other team members

• Provide customers with updates regarding their vehicle repairs

• Assist with repair orders, customer paperwork, and insurance documentation

• Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery when necessary

• Maintain accurate customer information and records

• Help keep the front office and customer reception areas organized

• Follow up with customers to help ensure a positive experience

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, dealership, or collision center experience is preferred

• Automotive or insurance experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional and positive attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable working with computers, phones, email, and office software

• Ability to work effectively in a busy automotive repair environment

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurance representatives, and coworkers
