Diehl Collision has a position open for a Collision Center Manager at our Cranberry collision center. Responsibilities:
- Quality Control
- Meeting and exceeding DRP objectives
- Manage estimators, parts, csr, and techs
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Manage Open ROs
- Maintain proper amount of work in process
- Set and meet monthly top line sales goals
- Update customers on the process of their repair
- Review final product with customer
- Handle any customer complaints
- Manage team including recruiting, hiring and termination
- Work together with the sales, parts and service departments
- Maintain a clean work environment including a clean shop and tools
- Minimize and track any waste, including rework
- Maintain proper KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet and Material
- Expected to have $170,000 - $200,000 monthly sales
Requirements:
-
Two years management experience, but will train the right candidate with verifiable estimating experience

MUST possess current PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License

Valid driver's license

CCC One experience

Mitchell estimating is a plus but not required
