Part Time Warehouse Assistant for Mighty Auto Parts

Mighty Auto Parts is looking for a Part Time Warehouse Assistant to help support daily operations. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, checking, and stocking parts orders; assisting with inventory control; maintaining an organized warehouse; and providing support to the delivery team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Warehouse Assistant Compensation and Benefits: 

Warehouse Assistant Competitive Salary: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Monday-Friday 12pm-4pm.

Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Accurately pull and double-check customer and internal orders for delivery or pickup.
• Stock shelves and ensure all products are placed in correct bin locations.
• Put away incoming freight in an organized and timely manner.
• Conduct regular bin counts and assist with full physical inventory as needed.
• Assist with occasional local deliveries using company vehicles.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, sales team, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

 Warehouse Assistant Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of warehouse or parts handling experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for delivery duties).
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge helpful.
