Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Project Manager Starting Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, business hours (with some flexibility as needed).

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We value work-life balance. Full-time employees begin accruing PTO immediately- approximately 96 hours in year one and increases based on tenure.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently while meeting schedule, cost, and performance goals
  • Facilitate project planning and kickoff sessions; develop project charters and timelines
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams; assign tasks and track accountability
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks; escalate critical issues when necessary
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders; deliver regular status updates and reports
  • Collaborate with department leaders and vendors to align resources and timelines
  • Close projects with clear documentation, reporting, and evaluation of outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement in project management practices and PMO development
  • Mentor team members on project execution and best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a cross-functional or PMO environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asanam Jira)
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
  • Experienced in leading structured process improvement efforts using mapping and analysis tools
