We are seeking a friendly and professional Body Shop Receptionist to join our team. This front-line position is responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls, and routing calls to appropriate departments. The ideal candidate will also provide exceptional customer support services, handle inquiries with efficiency and courtesy, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Body Shop Receptionist Compensation and Benefits: 

Body Shop Receptionist Competitive Salary: $18.50-$21.50 per hour.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Body Shop Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Schedule needed service work in the body shop.
  • Ensure the customer a pleasant productive service experience and other employees a positive working environment.
  • Operate multi-line phone system.
  • Operate computer.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Regular attendance.

Body Shop Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Previous collision center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,) 
  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented 
  • Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience.
