Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across our dealership locations. This role is responsible for managing security personnel to ensure consistent site coverage and the safety of all buildings, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, leadership, and risk assessment, and will be committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our operations.

Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor Compensation and Benefits:

Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor Starting Salary: $25.50 per hour. 8:30pm-4:30am (flexibility required), days off Tuesday and Wednesday.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor Responsibilities: 

• Manages the scheduling of security personnel at sites.

• Manages the scheduling process to provide safety to personnel and buildings while keeping overtime to a minimum.

• Helps determine the best resolution to staffing issues and problems. 

• Responds to emergency situations, call-offs, and absences to ensure that sites have coverage. 

• Ensures that accurate timekeeping is posted in ADP and corrects discrepancies. 

• Maintains current knowledge of site requirements, of security personnel training, availability and time worked. 

• Provides guidance, training, and assistance to security personnel. 

Automotive Dealership Security Supervisor Qualifications: 

• Security experience required.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Insurable driving record.

• Must be able to qualify for and obtain DPSST guard and supervisory certification.

• Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement for site-to-site travel).

• Must be office product proficient.

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking). 

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. 

• Ability to multi-task. 

• Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time. 

• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software. 

• Team player with a positive attitude.
