Are you a motivated, results-driven sales expert with a passion for helping others? Dick Hannah Insurance Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you’ll sell auto, property, and other personal insurance products to both dealership clients and outside prospects, helping customers find the best coverage for their needs. 

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Compensation and Benefits:   

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Competitive Salary: $22-$24 per hour depending on experience, plus 5-15% commission on written premiums according to the terms of the pay plan. 

Generous Paid Time off (Pto): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 Hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 3 Paid Holidays per year to the Licensed Insurance Sales Professional subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.   

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell insurance products to dealership customers and external leads. 
  • Generate quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close deals effectively.

  • Prospect new clients via phone calls, referrals, networking, and digital leads.

  • Follow up on unsold quotes, referrals, and lead Lists ("X" Dates).

  • Assist agents by setting financial service and life insurance appointments.

  • Collect required client documentation to ensure timely policy binding.

  • Utilize the E-agent management program to manage leads, client communications, and sales activity.

Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Comfortable making 40+ outbound calls daily to drive sales.
