As an Entry-Level Parts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our parts department. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the organization, inventory, and distribution of automotive parts. Entry-Level Parts Assistant Competitive Pay: $20.00/per hour
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Entry-Level Parts Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing automotive parts and supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of parts.

Help with the distribution of parts to service technicians and customers.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department.

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with parts orders.

Photograph parts for web sales.

Shipping online orders.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Entry-Level Parts Assistant Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs of heavy parts and supplies.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Regular attendance.

Previous experience in an automotive or retail environment is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of CDK Parts operating system preferred but not required.

Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Organized and extremely detail oriented.

Research skills.
