We are seeking a dedicated and organized Mobile Service Coordinator to join our dealership team. This role is critical to the overall success of our mobile service operations, coordinating and managing all mobile service activities to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service. Mobile Service Coordinator Compensation and Benefits: 

Mobile Service Coordinator Competitive Salary: $20-$25 per hour 

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 5paid holidays per year to the Mobile Service Coordinator subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Mobile Service Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Manage RO process (creation, closeout, and processing payment).
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability for repair.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to add additional sales opportunity.
  • Ensure mobile service unit is loaded with needed parts for repairs.
  • Ensure unused parts are accounted for and added back into inventory.
  • Take incoming mobile service requests.
  • Determine scheduled day and time, maximizing route optimization.
  • Dispatch appropriate technician for requested repair.
  • Determine if repair request is within mobile service scope.
  • Confirm customer appointment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Fleet staff to solicit fleet business.
  • Partner with dealership Marketing Department to promote mobile service. 

Mobile Service Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)
  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Research skills
  • Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience.
