Now Hiring: Night-Time Security Officer- $21/hr+ Full Benefits

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Night-Time Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our dealership buildings during overnight hours. This role is crucial in protecting our assets, preventing unauthorized access, and maintaining a secure environment. Automotive Dealership Security Compensation and Benefits:  

Automotive Dealership Security Starting Salary: $21 per hour. 

Shift: 10pm-6am. 6 days on, 2 days off rotation.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Automotive Dealership Security subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Automotive Dealership Security Responsibilities: 

• Monitor dealership buildings, lots, and assets during night shifts
• Watch and assess multiple security camera feeds
• Maintain high alertness and stay awake through the night
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate when needed
• Perform walk-throughs and security checks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

• Security or loss prevention experience preferred. 
• Must have valid driver's license and maintain insurability

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift

• Comfortable using security systems and basic computer programs

• Physical ability to perform night patrols and operate security equipment

• Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
