We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Coordinator to join our dealership operations team. This position plays a critical role in managing the flow of vehicle inventory from arrival through front-line readiness. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for stocking vehicles into dealership systems, coordinating reconditioning and repair processes, managing documentation, and ensuring vehicles are merchandised and available for sale in a timely manner.
Inventory Coordinator Compensation and Benefits:
Inventory Coordinator Competitive Salary: $25-$28 per hour.

Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Stocks all new and used vehicle inventory into CDK accurately and timely.
- Ensures all vehicle information, costs, and documentation are entered correctly into dealership systems.
- Submits vehicle purchase documentation and paperwork to the corporate office.
- Opens and closes repair orders for New Vehicle PDIs and Used Vehicle UVIs.
- Coordinates vehicle reconditioning processes between Sales, Service, Detail, and outside vendors.
- Coordinates sublet repairs, vendor work, frame checks, and recall repairs.
- Tracks and monitors vehicle status throughout the reconditioning process to ensure timely front-line readiness.
- Approves and monitors reconditioning estimates and communicates cost concerns to management.
- Maintains communication with technicians, vendors, and management regarding repair status and completion timelines.
- Uploads vehicle photos and merchandising content to dealership websites and third-party platforms.
- Ensures all vehicles have proper documentation, inspection records, and required compliance paperwork.
- Assists with inventory audits and maintains accurate inventory records.
- Helps coordinate transportation, vehicle transfers, and wholesale inventory movement as needed.
- Maintains professional appearance and communication standards.
- Attends meetings and trainings as requested by management.
Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.

- Basic understanding of automotive service and reconditioning processes preferred.

- Experience with CDK or similar dealership management systems preferred.
