What You’ll Do

As a Product Specialist, you will serve as a guide through the vehicle discovery and ownership process, helping customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every step.

You will:

• Greet guests and help set the tone for a relaxed, respectful experience

• Learn about each customer’s needs and priorities through thoughtful conversation

• Educate customers on vehicle options, features, and technology in clear, simple terms

• Walk customers through demonstration drives and help them understand how vehicles fit their lifestyle

• Support customers through delivery by explaining their vehicle and answering questions

• Stay connected after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction and understanding

• Coordinate with managers and teammates to keep the process smooth and transparent

• Represent Diamond Buick GMC with professionalism, accountability, and care

This role is about transparency, trust, and guidance—not pressure, gimmicks, or shortcuts.
