Sales Consultant Job Requirements:
- Providing top-notch service throughout the customer’s buying experience.
- Spend time with customers to help determine their needs and discuss the best vehicle options.
- Commit to becoming an automotive expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Communicating effectively with persistent in-person, over the phone, text, and email follow-up.
- Basic computer skills: using various provided software as selling tools.
- Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training and open to constructive feedback.
- We are closed on Sunday but do require Saturday availability and 2 evenings a week. You can expect one day off during the week and up to two Saturdays off each month based on production goals being exceeded.
- Maintain sales floor and lot organization, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
- Leverage social media to promote vehicles, generate sale opportunities, and attract business.
