Maintenance Worker

DeVoe Buick GMC is hiring a Full Time Maintenance Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily collection and disposal of litter and debris from all exterior areas such as parking areas, sidewalks, shop bays etc.
• Daily collection and disposal for all exterior trash receptacles.
• General upkeep of business grounds in regards to trash and debris.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
• Hardworking personality, and eagerness to improve.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to a minimum of shoulder height, climb ladders and stairs.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, and bend and work on items at floor level.
• Experience working in an outdoor environment that includes tolerating weather and being on the go for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to interact efficiently with peers, vendors and management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired.
