DeVoe Buick GMC is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership team in Naples, Florida.

We are looking for experienced professionals in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, or commission-based sales who are ready to take advantage of a high-traffic showroom, strong inventory, and a proven sales process.

Responsibilities
• Sell new and pre-owned Buick and GMC vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, and luxury models
• Work internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
• Utilize CRM (customer relationship management software) to track pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to delivery
• Close deals using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain consistent activity levels to hit monthly sales targets


Qualifications
• 1+ years of automotive sales, car sales, or commission-based sales experience
• Strong closing skills and customer service mindset
• Experience with CRM systems (automotive CRM preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
