Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships to foster lifelong clientele.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to guide customers in selecting the right vehicle, utilizing active listening and insightful questioning.
  • Stay abreast of product offerings, optional packages, and emerging technologies to become an authority in the field.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up, fostering opportunities for referral business.
  • Master objection handling and excel in various sales scenarios.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses.
  • Bring a consistently positive attitude and top-tier performance to the workplace every day.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in web-based technology and sales methodologies.
  • Quick and efficient learner, adept at adapting to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Present a professional appearance and uphold high standards of work ethic.
  • Demonstrated history of reliability and consistency in previous employment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a driving record free of major infractions or suspensions.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.
