Full Time
Finance Manager (F&I Manager) – DeVoe Cadillac – Naples, FL
DeVoe Cadillac, part of the family-owned DeVoe Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team in Naples, Florida.
This is an opportunity to join an established luxury dealership with a loyal customer base, an experienced sales team, and leadership that understands the business from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who knows how to structure clean deals, build strong lender relationships, drive PVR and product penetration, and keep business moving while delivering the elevated customer experience expected of the Cadillac brand.
Just as important, we're looking for the right person for the right seat: someone who takes ownership of results, communicates well, works as part of a team, and understands that accountability, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience can absolutely coexist.
Who We Are
DeVoe Automotive Group has been part of the Naples community for 58 years. We are family-built, team-powered, and focused on doing business the right way.
At DeVoe Cadillac, we combine the standards and sophistication of a luxury automotive brand with the personal relationships and values of a family-owned dealership.
We believe great teams work best when expectations are clear, people take ownership of their responsibilities, and everyone is working toward the same goals. We operate with structure, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Our Core Values guide how we work, how we treat our customers, and how we treat one another:
- We do the right thing
- We passionately care
- We are team-oriented
- We are driven to excellence
If those values sound like the kind of place where you do your best work, you may be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Do
As our Finance Manager, you'll own the F&I process, working closely with Sales, Accounting, and dealership leadership.
You will:
- Structure clean, profitable deals and secure lender approvals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions
- Accurately submit, contract, and close deals efficiently
- Guide customers through cash, finance, and lease transactions with professionalism, confidence, and transparency
- Present F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products, using a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Deliver a seamless, professional F&I experience consistent with Cadillac's luxury brand standards
- Work effectively with dealership management systems and digital retailing platforms
- Embrace evolving dealership technology and AI-powered tools
- Consistently work toward strong PVR, product penetration, funding, and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation for clean, timely funding
- Ensure every transaction meets dealership standards and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements
- Stay current on title, registration, lender, and compliance requirements
- Identify issues early, communicate clearly, and take ownership of getting them resolved
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Accounting to keep deals moving efficiently
- Perform consistently in a results-driven dealership environment without compromising the customer experience
What We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level F&I position. We're looking for an experienced professional who can step into the role, take ownership, and contribute from day one.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of automotive Finance Manager / F&I experience
- Proven history of strong PVR and F&I product penetration
- Experience with menu-based F&I selling
- Working knowledge of dealership management systems and CRM platforms
- Technology-forward and adaptable, with strong familiarity with web-based dealership platforms and emerging AI tools
- Demonstrated history of strong customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage priorities and follow deals through to completion
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening
Highly Preferred:
- Previous Cadillac, General Motors, or luxury automotive dealership experience
- Experience working with luxury clientele and delivering a high-touch customer experience
- Strong understanding of leasing, lender programs, and manufacturer-specific finance incentives
What Success Looks Like Here
Our strongest team members don't wait for someone else to solve the problem. They own their seat, know their numbers, communicate when something is off track, and follow through.
For this role, that means balancing profitability, compliance, funding efficiency, product performance, lender relationships, and customer satisfaction.
We want someone who is driven by results but understands that how we get the result matters, too.
At DeVoe Cadillac, customers expect professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Our Finance Manager plays an important role in delivering that experience.
What We Offer

- Paid vacation
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Life and disability insurance
- Established luxury dealership with a loyal customer base
- Experienced sales team
