As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for upkeep and repair duties throughout the resort, including identifying the need for repairs, responding to guest requests, and servicing company equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool/spa maintenance and minor repairs

• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery, equipment, and appliances

• Conduct regular property walk-throughs to identify and address maintenance needs proactively

• Respond to guest room and maintenance calls promptly and efficiently

• Maintain all maintenance storage areas in a neat and organized manner

• Actively participate in inventory control processes

• Utilize work order management systems to track and complete tasks

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification required

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar role

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool/spa systems

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
