We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Location: San Antonio, TX 78216 (Full-Time, On-Site)

 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

 Compensation: $40,000 per year + Commission (after probation period)

 


What You’ll Do

 

· Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively presenting and promoting products to new and existing customers, leveraging

  strong  communication skills and relationship-building expertise

 

· Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and walk-in customers

 

· Promote a full range of automotive accessories and services to wholesale and retail clients

 

· Explain the features and benefits of products and services by answering customer inquiries and recommending options from our

  Full line of accessories

 

· Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers

 

· Match customer needs with the best product solutions

 

· Place product orders through online platforms and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and timely customer commitment

 

· Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding shipping and installation dates, anticipated delays, and any

  additional information requested throughout the order process

 

· Maintain accurate sales and scheduling records via QuickBooks and Google Docs

 

· Process warranty paperwork, special orders, and manage installation schedules

 

· Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of service issues

 

· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer experiences

· 1+ year of sales or automotive related experience, including a basic understanding of dealership operations

· Basic computer skills (Google Docs, QuickBooks, browsers)
