Hilton Head Care Professional Needed for Female Client

Location - Hilton Head Island, SC

Join our team as a compassionate Care Professional providing non-medical assistance to a female client located in a Hilton Head Island Assisted Living Facility . As a Dawson and Dawson Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for such client by assisting with various daily tasks and offering companionship. 

2-3 DAYS/ WEEK

MONDAY - FRIDAY

MORNING SHIFT: DAY SHIFT

Qualifications:

• INDIVIDUAL MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR HILTON HEAD ISLAND
• CNA or Previous Care professional experience is required due to client having dementia. 
• Individual must be 100% Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is also a must.
• Ability to handle situations calmly and efficiently.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent care to the client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to client, including grooming, dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with errands and light household tasks to ensure a comfortable living environment.
• Offer specialized care for individuals with conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities.
• Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including care notes, ADL's,  incident documentation, etc.
• Promptly report any client concerns or changes in their condition to the office.
• Respond swiftly and effectively in case of emergency situations.
• Attend monthly staff meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Complete required in-service training and ongoing education modules to meet state-mandated guidelines.
