The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to answer questions, schedule appointments, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for our customers, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers through phone, email and text
- Answer basic product knowledge questions
- Schedule appointments for sales & service
- Answer a multi-line phone
Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to navigate the internet and general computer programs.(i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Must be able to operate within a fun, fast paced work environment
