Automotive Service Advisor Assistant

DARLING'S Ford VW Audi in Bangor is hiring a full-time Service Advisor Assistant. This role is ideal for someone aiming to grow into a Service Advisor position. We're looking for a professional, motivated individual with strong communication and multitasking skills who shares our core values and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  -Customer Support & Front-End Assistance

  -Repair Order & Administrative Support

  -Internal Communication & Coordination

  -Shop Operations & Organization

  -Answering incoming phone calls

  -Provide backup support to Team Service Managers

Requirements:

  -Proficiency with technology and dealership systems

  -Professional appearance and demeanor

  -Strong verbal and written communication skills

  -Valid driver's license
