Responsibilities

• Must have experience within an automotive dealership office accounting including but not limited to (automotive billing, dealer trades, wholesales, and inventory, etc.)
• Pull vehicle invoices from the applicable manufacturer websites and navigate the process to stock New vehicles into dealer inventory
• Process incoming and outgoing dealer trades for New vehicle inventory
• Various reporting, scanning, and filing as related to the position.
• Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.
• Inputs/stocks in vehicles into the computer system as directed by the office manager.
• Reconciles schedules as assigned.
• Provide title clerk with information on all purchased vehicles for the title list.
• Assists in monthly closings
• Assist with accounts receivable, payable and special projects, as necessary.

Qualifications

• CDK dealer management system knowledge preferred
• Computer literate; accurate with 10 key pad typing.
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid drivers license.
• Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
