Responsibilities
- Must have experience within an automotive dealership office accounting including but not limited to (automotive billing, dealer trades, wholesales, and inventory, etc.)
- Pull vehicle invoices from the applicable manufacturer websites and navigate the process to stock New vehicles into dealer inventory
- Process incoming and outgoing dealer trades for New vehicle inventory
- Various reporting, scanning, and filing as related to the position.
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.
- Inputs/stocks in vehicles into the computer system as directed by the office manager.
- Reconciles schedules as assigned.
- Provide title clerk with information on all purchased vehicles for the title list.
- Assists in monthly closings
- Assist with accounts receivable, payable and special projects, as necessary.
Qualifications
- CDK dealer management system knowledge preferred
- Computer literate; accurate with 10 key pad typing.
- Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule.
- Basic working knowledge of accounting.
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid drivers license.
- Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
