Experienced Parts Counterperson

Position Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, Occasional Saturdays 8:00am to 3:00pm

The Experienced Parts Counterperson will need:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter experience
• Kia Certification is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and other team members
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable using computers and automotive parts catalog system

The Experienced Parts Countersperson Responsabilities:

• Assist automotive technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs
• Handle walk-in retail customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service
• Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs and manufacturer systems
• Write and manage parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the Service Department and Parts Team to keep repairs moving
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
• Handle multiple customers, technicians, phone calls, and orders simultaneously
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and maintain an efficient department
