IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A BDC SCHEDULER FOR OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

The Service BDC Scheduler is the Communications Hub for the Service Department. 

The Service BDC Scheduler Will:

• Schedule Customer Service Appointments
• Advise Customers on the Status of their Vehicle Repairs
• Coordinate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors
• Cashier

The Service BDC Scheduler Needs:

• A Professional Appearance and Demeanor
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication
• Excellent Computer Skills and the Ability to Learn
• Customer Service Experience
• The Ability to Problem Solve

The Service BDC Scheduler Will Receive:
