ROLE SUMMARY

The Field Engineer Intern will support the Project Manager with all on-site work for EPC projects implemented in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and surrounding states. This includes overseeing subcontractors, verifying installation progress, and documenting project status through photos and reports. This role requires regular travel to job sites as needed. Daily communication with the Project Manager is essential to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting on project progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Project Manager with on-site coordination and management.
• Travel to various job sites to oversee subcontractor activities and ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify installation progress and document findings with detailed photos and notes.
• Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits and provide timely updates.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and job site regulations.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

PROFICIENCIES

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and site safety protocols.
• Proficiency with smartphones or cameras for photo documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Project Manager

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

• 3-month intern  (June 1 to August 31, 2025)

MODALITY

• Remote
• Must have permanent residence in the regional area of responsibility and travel to the Jobsite as necessary

SALARY BAND

• $20-$25/hour
