Service Valet

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and direct incoming customers at their vehicles. Introduce to proper Advisor
• Move vehicles / keep service drive clear after Advisor gets info
• Retrieve information for advisor on night drops and appointments
• Help check in process in any way possible
• Pull up customers vehicles when customer arrive to pick up vehicle
• Pick up and Deliver service vehicles that have scheduled service while utilizing Ford Software/Apps
• Help open and close building depending on shift

Qualifications:

• Good driving record with a valid drivers license
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers
