Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a skilled Shop Service Foreman to join our growing Orlando service team. Candidates with dealership and/or heavy-duty diesel equipment experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
As Shop Service Foreman, you will lead day-to-day shop operations, support technician performance, and ensure a high standard of service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring knowledgeable technicians who follow OEM repair guidelines
- Coaching and mentoring technicians to produce high-quality repairs efficiently
- Managing service department performance by analyzing efficiencies and gross profit margins
- Supporting productive staffing, strong customer relationships, and overall operational success
- Ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Assigning work and supervising Diesel Technicians
- Serving as a key liaison between technicians and customers
- Taking ownership of the customer experience and ensuring a positive outcome
- Building strong internal and external relationships through clear, professional communication
Your leadership will directly influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and department success.

- Technical or product knowledge relevant to service operations preferred

Physical Requirements
