Our Ocala location supports customers with a large inventory of medium- and heavy-duty (Class 7–8) truck parts, supplying both wholesale and retail customers quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Warehouse Picker / Packer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right parts get to the right customers—accurately, safely, and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage parts based on tickets and work orders
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory while matching part numbers correctly
• Pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to proper shipping locations
• Inspect parts and merchandise to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition
• Assist Delivery Drivers with loading and timely parts deliveries when needed
• Maintain accountability for customer cores
• Operate forklift and/or delivery vehicle in accordance with company policies (as needed)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Support warehouse operations and complete duties as assigned by the Stock Control Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong teamwork mindset with clear communication and attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive and/or truck mechanics preferred
• Previous warehouse, parts department, or dealership experience preferred
• Truck dealership or truck aftermarket parts experience is a plus
• Trade school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology is a plus
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take pride in doing the job right
