Service and Install Technican

What You'll Do

• Install, service, maintain, and repair residential water treatment equipment, including water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis systems.

• Diagnose equipment issues and determine appropriate solutions.

• Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and equipment replacements.

• Educate customers on their equipment, answer questions, and recommend solutions when appropriate.

• Complete service records and customer documentation accurately using company technology.

• Maintain an organized service vehicle and properly care for tools and equipment.

• Work closely with dispatch, sales, and other technicians to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Follow company procedures and established safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

• Experience with plumbing, equipment installation, maintenance, repair, HVAC, or a related trade is preferred but not required.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on assigned work.

• Comfort using a tablet or mobile device to document service calls.

• Valid driver's license.

• High school diploma or GED.

Water treatment experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a desire to grow.
