The Maintenance Tech at Cooper Street Capital is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
- Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Work on Make Ready units to ensure they are completed prior to new tenant move ins
- Additional Maintenance needs: resurfacing, appliance repair, landscaping, general handyman work, etc
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Must be able to carry, push, pull, and transport at least 5 – 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 2-8 hours at a time. Must be bale to walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in small places. Ie: under sinks, in maintenance closets, etc. Must be able to climb ladders.
- Good hand and finger dexterity for use of specialized equipment.
- Ability to work in multiple temperature extremities depending on seasonal needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
