CSA Homecare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team! This is a traveling position covering Northeast and Northwest Atlanta, providing top-tier in-home care to our valued clients.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in Georgia
• Minimum 1 Year of Clinical Experience
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to chart electronically and communicate effectively with clients and staff
• Experience in dementia care or behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a homecare setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to veterans in their homes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status, documenting changes and communicating with healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each veteran.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, promoting independence and dignity.
