Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.

• Make outbound calls, send text messages, and follow up with prospective customers.

• Set qualified sales appointments and work to maximize appointment show rates.

• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and previous customers.

• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system.

• Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize sales opportunities.

• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, texting platforms, and modern technology.

• Ability to handle objections and confidently ask customers for appointments.

• Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

• Automotive BDC or sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
