What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

• Drive new and used vehicle sales volume while maximizing gross

• Implement and enforce proven sales processes and accountability

• Desk deals, structure transactions, and work closely with lenders

• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and inventory strategy

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance
