Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders.

• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and associated costs.

• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are addressed.

• Keep customers informed of repair progress and completion times.

• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Recommend additional services honestly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Valid driver's license.
