Location: Albuquerque, NM
Compensation: $200,000-$500,000+ (performance-based, BASE+Commission)
The dealership is in need of a forward thinker, someone who is creative and ambitious to match the new owners of the store.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee all dealership operations: sales, finance, service, and fixed ops

Create and execute strategies to maximize volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing management team and staff

Manage financial performance, inventory, expense control, and compliance standards

Build strong relationships with both customers and the community
What We’re Looking For:

Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager ready to step up
