Location: Albuquerque, NM
Compensation: $200,000-$500,000+ (performance-based, BASE+Commission)

The dealership is in need of a forward thinker, someone who is creative and ambitious to match the new owners of the store. 

This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a dealership on the ground floor, significant earning potential, and room for growth. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee all dealership operations: sales, finance, service, and fixed ops

  • Create and execute strategies to maximize volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing management team and staff

  • Manage financial performance, inventory, expense control, and compliance standards

  • Build strong relationships with both customers and the community

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager ready to step up

  • Strong financial and operational understanding of dealership performance metrics

  • A hands-on leader who motivates teams, drives accountability, and sets a winning culture
