Automotive Parts Counterman

Description of the role:

Dallas Direct is looking for a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Counterman to join our team in Irving, Texas. As an Automotive Parts Counterman, you will be responsible for assisting Technicians in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with technicians to understand their automotive parts needs.
• Identify the correct auto parts and provide recommendations.
• Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of different auto parts and their functions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
