Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Description of the role: Kansas City Hyundai is seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our team in Merriam, KS. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership's grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the dealership's grounds, including parking lots, walkways, and landscaping.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as trash removal, snow removal, and minor repairs.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or repairs needed within the premises.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
