We are seeking compassionate and reliable PCA's to provide grocery shopping and escort our participants to appointments.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their well-being while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This role offers guaranteed weekly hours and compensation for availability, regardless of shift assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Grocery visits- you will be grocery shopping for our participants and delivering them to their homes.
- Escort visits- you will be accompanying our participant's to any appointment they may have.
- Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
- Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an PCA.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical
- Smartphone and email access for work communications.
