We are seeking compassionate and reliable PCA's to provide grocery shopping and escort our participants to appointments. 

Position Overview:

  You will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their well-being while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This role offers guaranteed weekly hours and compensation for availability, regardless of shift assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Grocery visits- you will be grocery shopping for our participants and delivering them to their homes. 
  • Escort visits- you will be accompanying our participant's to any appointment they may have. 
  • Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
  • Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an PCA. 
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
  • Must pass a criminal background check, physical 
  • Smartphone and email access for work communications.
