Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Assist customers with purchasing and lease options.

• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.

• Develop repeat and referral business.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory.

• Meet individual sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team and management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.

• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required by dealership policy and insurance.

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
