Building Maintenance

Retired persons are welcome to apply.

Crest Ford on Van Dyke in Center Line has an opening for

a building maintenance handy person to perform routine maintenance 

and minor building repairs.

This is a full time job opportunity with benefits working about 

40 hours a week Monday through Friday.  No weekends.

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems is required.

Some examples of the work you will be doing are:

Unplugging clogged drains, replacing light bulbs and light fixtures, servicing 

an automatic car wash, replacing furnace filters plus other tasks.

You must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and pass a pre placement physical.
