We're hiring a Concierge to be the friendly first point of contact for our community — greeting residents, guests, and visitors and handling front desk operations. This role reports to the Business Office Director.
What You'll Do

Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner; manage front desk sign-in/out for visitors and vendors

Handle and direct incoming phone calls; inform residents or staff of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries

Accommodate resident requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary

Provide marketing information to visitors

Assist the Lifestyles Department with program/event reservations and fee collection

Maintain and update the resident information database and phone list
What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
-
At least one (1) year of related customer service experience required

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation throughout the workday

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted on a regular basis

Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition
Working Environment

Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated community setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise

Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
