BDC Agent – Automotive

Location: Crescent Ford – High Point, NC
Compensation: $15/hour + Monthly Commission
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday 8:30AM–7PM | Saturday 8:30AM–4PM (schedule will fall within these hours)

Crescent Ford is looking for a motivated and friendly BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our fast-paced and customer-first team in High Point, NC. If you love talking to people, are great on the phone, and want to grow in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

You’ll play a key role in helping customers start their car-buying journey and turning leads into confirmed showroom appointments. No previous dealership experience is required—we provide training and tools to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally

• Use phone scripts and follow-up techniques to set and confirm appointments

• Engage with customers through phone, email, and text messaging platforms

• Document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM (ELeads experience is a plus)

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer hand-offs

• Assist in outbound campaigns using equity mining tools (Auto Alert preferred)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confident, friendly phone presence

• Strong follow-up habits and time management

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (ELeads & Auto Alert preferred)

• Previous call center, customer service, or BDC experience is helpful but not required

• Reliable, coachable, and driven to meet appointment-setting goals

• Must be available to work a 40-hour week within store hours
