Location: Crescent Ford – High Point, NC
Compensation: $18/hour + Monthly Commission
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday 8:30AM–7PM | Saturday 8:30AM–4PM (schedule will fall within these hours)
Crescent Ford is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and appointment-focused BDC Manager to join our growing team. If you're highly experienced in phone scripts, objection handling, and closing appointments—and you're looking to take the next step in your automotive BDC career—this is your opportunity to shine!
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with previous management experience, but we are looking for a leader—someone who’s confident in their communication, strong with follow-up, and thrives on turning leads into showroom traffic.
What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and internet leads with energy, professionalism, and urgency

Utilize effective scripts and proven rebuttals to convert leads into confirmed showroom appointments

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize show-to-close ratios

Monitor CRM (ELeads) to track communication, follow-up, and pipeline management

Leverage equity data mining tools (Auto Alert) to uncover new opportunities within our existing customer base

Maintain consistent contact with customers via phone, email, and text to keep engagement high

Contribute to a high-performing and customer-focused culture in the BDC
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of BDC experience (automotive required)

Exceptional phone skills with a strong understanding of scripts and appointment-setting strategies

Competent in handling objections and turning inquiries into solid appointments

Familiarity with CRMs—ELeads experience strongly preferred

Experience using equity mining tools like Auto Alert or similar platforms

Comfortable with a flexible schedule (some evening and Saturday availability required)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
