This position plays a vital role in managing project documentation, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring seamless processes related to funding, purchasing, and project tracking.

Your Impact as a Plant Operations Assistant / Purchasing Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Maintain Organization: Keep project documents organized and ready for external review upon request.

• Support Funding Requests: Prepare documentation for funding, respond to inquiries, and gather additional information as needed.

• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with purchasing, accounts receivable, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Track Project Details: Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met.

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
