Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative with Power LTC, LLC, you will play a key role in growing our business by developing relationships with skilled nursing facilities, long-term care organizations, and healthcare providers throughout Texas. You’ll identify facility needs, present solutions, build lasting partnerships, and secure new business through recurring service agreements.

Your Impact as a Sales Representative

  • Build New Business: Prospect and develop relationships with skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and healthcare organizations throughout Texas.
  • Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with administrators, regional leaders, owners, and other key decision-makers.
  • Identify Opportunities: Understand facility needs and recommend Power LTC services that provide value.
  • Generate & Present Leads: Use cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, facility visits, and industry events to generate opportunities and present solutions.
  • Close Business: Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and secure new client contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Grow Revenue: Develop recurring business and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales activity, and consistently work toward sales goals.
  • Partner with Operations: Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
  • Represent Power LTC: Professionally represent the company and build a strong presence throughout the Texas healthcare market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business-development experience.
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
  • Existing relationships within the Texas long-term care or healthcare industry.
  • Experience selling recurring service agreements or long-term contracts.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience using CRM and sales-management tools.
  • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right sales professional.
