  • Has a minimum of five years of experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
  • Possesses experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private insurance.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Is knowledgeable about nursing home business functions.
  • Maintains a strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines.
  • Qualifies for company insurance, passes DMV checks, and practices good defensive driving skills.
