The primary responsibilities of Houseperson/Driver is maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, supporting the housekeeping team, setting up/breaking down meeting space and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role combines physical labor, attention to detail, and guest interaction. This position also will also support our guests and hotel with driving our 14 passenger shuttle daily within a 3-5 mile radius.
**Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property on weekends/specific hours. Other means of transportation will be required for this position when scheduled those days.**
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time (32-40 Hours/week- 4-5 days)
- Scheduled Hours: Split shifts 9am-5pm and 11pm-7pm 2 days a week- weekends and holidays required
- Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other public areas, emptying trash
- Assisting housekeeping staff with laundry and room cleaning
- Completing inventory of supplies and breaking down deliveries
- Responding to guest requests promptly
- Set up, break down and refresh meeting rooms per BEOs
- Reliable and safe transportation for our guests to and from within a 3-5 mile radius along with necessary orders
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40-60 pounds
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule as the hotel operates 24/7
