What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Oversee room attendants and public area cleaners during shifts
• Assign tasks and ensure room status is updated in PMS
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and standards
• Support onboarding and training for new housekeeping staff
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk for smooth daily ops

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience
• Keen eye for detail and Marriottn or Hilton cleanliness expectations
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
